Shipping Cost

We strive to provide you the most cost effective shipping options that we can. We don't charge any sort of handling fee.


To ensure you get your purchase as soon as possible we ship out packages out usually within one business day. . You can track your shipment from your "Account" menu. You will also receive an email with tracking information for every order. For domestic shipping, the average delivery time is 2-7 business days depending on your location. For international shipping, the delivery time averages 5 - 10 days. Shipping times may vary and we do not guarantee delivery by a specific time or date.

International Shipping

We ship International orders on a daily basis. Since it is difficult for the shipping calculator to give and accurate quote for International orders it may be best to contact us if you need an accurate price. In cases where the shipping calculator had overcharged you we will refund any excess. For international orders, Scrambler Cycle is not responsible for any extra charges, duties or taxes your respective Country may charge upon arrival. Responsibility for loss or damage during shipment passes onto you and the carrier once the carrier has picked up the package from our premises

Returns & Refunds

You may return most new unused, unaltered and unmounted items (except electrical parts) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Any shipping and handling fees related to returned merchandise is the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) in which case we will pay the shipping fees.

You should expect to receive your refund within about three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the "Account" menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
